The volume of historical images and photos and videos related to current institutional events requires optimized management of the digital asset.
Customer Request
The client makes significant use of images for its communication. Photos of institutional events and/or internals, portraits of managers, multimedia production requested by sponsors, interviews, photos of real estate and the historical archive created a constant flow of content that was difficult to manage without the support of a centralized repository. Finding multimedia content to use in communication took a lot of time, and employees were not adequately informed about the available material. Moreover, managing the rights of use on photos and releases was cumbersome, and there was a risk of infringing copyright regulations and GDPR.
