The multimedia archive supports multiple communication activities and consists of photographs, videos, documents, historical images, and corporate identity manuals.
Customer Request
The media center was managed through a DAM platform that no longer offered updates. From the initial meetings with their team, there emerged needs in the management of the evolving digital asset: it was necessary to review taxonomy, metadata, workflows, search engine functionality, roles and permissions, access the brand manual via the web and update it autonomously, make a press kit with approved materials available to external parties, and have the ability to distribute archival material externally without clogging emails, add value to the images of the historical archive, in addition to having a platform with modern graphics and responsive layout.
MomaPIX DAM Solution
- Two distinct installations with differentiated setups to meet the specificity of the request: the media center and the brand center. Their integration was carried out with two different domains but single authentication and a completely responsive layout for both.
- Online management of the corporate identity manual: the brand manual is available online to all stakeholders and can always be updated with extreme simplicity by the administrators.
- Public area also available to unregistered users, external to the company.
- Enhancement of the historical archive: historical photos have been digitized and stored on the Digital Asset Management platform.
- Use of Moma Transfer for controlled distribution of content externally.
