The activities of the press office require efficient management of the substantial multimedia production of photos and videos for institutional use.
Customer Request
The client needed to speed up the workflows related to the use of images and videos for communication. Multimedia content was not immediately available for the press office activities, as it was produced by external collaborators who delivered files to various contacts through multiple channels (WeTransfer, email, external disks).
Furthermore, once the digital material was archived, it was complicated for employees to retrieve it quickly for subsequent use.
