Palazzetti Group’s online management of the digital content

Palazzetti Group’s Digital Asset Management In 2013 Palazzetti Group launched a project for the online management of digital content.

With over 60 years of activity, Palazzetti is a European and global leader in the heating sector. The fireplaces, stoves and barbecues produced are distinguished by their high technological and aesthetic standards and their absolute respect for the environment.

To be up to the quality of the products, relations with customers are inspired by criteria of timeliness, efficiency and transparency. For this reason Palazzetti has decided to set up a multilingual online system for digital content management, capable of optimizing communication between the company, retailers and customers.

Digital asset management improves the efficiency of communication processes

Digital asset management has improved the efficiency of the communication processes between the company, the sales force and end customers.

Before using MomaPIX DAM software, finding the best images for communication activities wasted a lot of time for both the marketing team and the retailers. Digital contents were kept in a folder on servers that were difficult to maintain and manage and did not contain metadata to facilitate the search. Accesses, then, could not be regulated.

With the online digital archive, product images are described by metadata, in all the necessary languages. What is published is updated and approved by the marketing team. Authorized dealers do not have to make any request to the department because they can download them independently to use them in their communication materials.

Digital asset management benefits for per marketing and sales team

The use of digital asset management has brought many benefits to the marketing teams and agents of Palazzetti Group.

MomaPIX DAM software has simplified the management of images and videos and supported the digital strategy through different ways:

  • Centralize all images in one place, accessible anywhere, anytime
  • Setting up user groups with different access permissions (for example the possibility of editing the metadata by some employees)
  • A clear and simple interface to make the DAM platform easy to use
  • Advanced search options to help users find what they are looking for as quickly as possible
  • Display of catalogs from tablets and mobile devices to support sales force activities
  • Email marketing campaigns management to update the sales force with respect to the new catalogs available in the digital archive
