Can I also use MomaPIX to manage a historical archive?

Of course you can. MomaPIX is a modular service so you can configure it to meet your own requirements. There are no particular problems associated with using the archive in any way that suits you and your customers.

How do I pay for the service and how do I cancel it?

You can pay by credit or debit card using PayPal or if you prefer you can arrange a bank transfer.

Payments are due quarterly, but if you pay six-monthly you receive a 5% discount, or yearly with a 10% discount.

When a period of service expires, you can renew by paying for the next period or cancel the service simply by not paying your next subscription.

How can I be sure my photos are secure when they are not on my own server?

All our servers are hosted on leading server farms in a high reliability configuration, with double power supplies and RAID disks. For greater security there are daily backups onto different servers to ensure your copies of your photos should always be secure.

To offer our most security concious customers even greater peace of mind we can arrange additional daily backups to their own servers.

Can I buy MomaPIX and install it on my own servers?

Yes, you can. In this case you will receive a version that is customised to your needs and your servers' particular requirements.
